What is a Tunisia Visit Visa?
If you are not from any visa-exempt countries listed above, you need to apply for a visa if you want to visit Tunisia. All you need to have a Tunisia Short-Stay Visa/Tunisia Visit Visa. It is issued for short stay visits, i.e. tourism, to attend business meetings, or social visits and allow you to stay in the state not longer than 90 days.
What will be the Tunisia Visit Visa requirements?
You need to have the following documents to get a visa for Tunisia.
1. Completed Tunisia Visit Visa Application Form
2. A Valid passport or travel document
3. Photocopy of your passport.
4. Passport-size photo
5. Proof of accommodation in Tunisia, i.e. hotel reservation
6. An Invitation from a host in Tunisia
7. Travel itinerary
8. A letter stating the purpose of travel
9. Proof that shows Tunisia visa fee payment
Note that all the requirements depend on your country, the purpose of your visit, and the duration of stay.
Can you apply online for a Tunisia Visa?
The Tunisian government provides the facility of online Tunisia visa application procedure. It will process a visa quicker and smoother. After applying online, it will only take a few minutes, and you will receive a Tunisia e-Visa on your email account. The required documents for an online visa will also be fewer.
Can you get a Tunisia Visa On Arrival?
You are eligible to get a Tunisia Visa On Arrival only if you are a resident of one of the visa-exempt countries mentioned above and you only need your passport with a validity for at least six months to apply for a Visa On Arrival.
If you have the residence permit from any of the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), you can also get a Tunisia Visa On Arrival, and you are allowed to remain in the country for up to 15-days.
Gulf Cooperation Council members states are:
