The first higher education institution in Poland, now called Jagiellonian University, was founded in 1364. Poland’s higher education institutions are most noted for their offerings in fine arts, music, and drama. You will also find a wide variety of technical schools in a variety of disciplines.

Living costs in Poland
Living costs will depend on where you choose to live and the lifestyle you choose to lead. It is recommended that you allow at least PLN 2,500 per month for living costs. If you choose to live in university accommodation this will be cheaper than living in a privately rented apartment.
Poland student visa process
Go to the visavendor.com. Here you will have to:
- Fill in the Assessment form
- Receive our email
- You will have to pay the refundable visa service fee that Visa Vendor charges
- After your payment, you will be given credentials of your portal
- You will attach all your important documents that are mentioned in the checklist above
- Your application will be finalized
- Once your application is completed, it will be sent to the embassy to get processed
Poland student visa processing time
As practice shows, the period for obtaining a visa to Poland takes from 5 to 10 working days. But on the official websites of the Polish consulates, there is information that the time for consideration of documents can take up to 30 days.
Poland Student Visa Requirements

A signed and complete filled Visa Application Form.

A valid international passport must be valid for at least three months after you plan to leave Poland and contains at least two blank pages (original and copies).

Internal passport original and copy of all the pages with notes or ID card with a statement from the demographic register (original and copies).

2 passport-size photos in color meeting requirements.

Medical insurance that is accepted in Europe.

An official letter from the polish university where you get admission. And the proof of Accommodation in a dormitory in Poland or other documents.

Receipt for the payment of the first semester/year of study.

Proof that you are financially strong enough to bear your educational and living expenses in Poland.
